General construction works as of February 2024 for the “City House” residential complex:
Retaining wall of pit enclosure – 100%;
Earthworks – 30% (soil development for section 6 and the stylobate part of section 5 has been completed, work on the pit for section 5 is underway);
Water reduction – 50%;
Horizontal waterproofing – 10% (waterproofing of section 6 has been completed, work is underway in the area of the stylobate foundation slab of section 5);
Tower crane installation – 100%;
Foundation slabs – 10% (concreting of the foundation slab of section No. 6 and arrangement of crushed stone and concrete preparation of the stylobate part of section 5 is completed);
Monolithic frame to department 0.000 – 5% (works are being carried out on the vertical structures of the frame – the 2nd floor of the parking lot, section 6).
